When Will Chuy’s Leander Open?
Construction is expected to break ground in December 2025 at the corner of Ronald Reagan Boulevard and Kauffman Loop. The restaurant will span more than 6,500 square feet and is expected to open doors by July 2026.
That means in less than a year, residents will be enjoying Chuy’s famous creamy jalapeño dip, massive burritos, and fresh-made tortillas — without having to make the drive into Austin.
